Any consumer whose rights is violated can hold the manufacturer responsible in court. The costumer can find a lawyer and change the company for filling to produce the qualitative goods or services.

We know, consumer right is the rights of consumer for safety, info, choices, etc. about the goods and services that s/he is buying. It ensures that every consumers should have right to get qualitative goods and services. It also make sure that the consumer should get the compensation in case of loss due to the consumption of non-qualitative goods and services. Therefore, consumer rights safeguards the quality of goods and services...

The article 44 of the recently promulgated constitution of Nepal has the provision of consumer Rights. According to this article, Nepali consumer should have right to get qualitative goods and services. There is also the provision of compensation to the consumers in case of loss due to consumption of non-qualitative goods and services.

Consumer right violation means the supply of those non-qualitative goods and services to the consumers due to which s/he has to bear loss.

Consumer rights is implemented by govt. agencies, offices of attorneys general and through the individual and lawsuits filed by victims.

The conditions to be a consumers are:
        - One must be buying the product or services for the personal use.
        - One mustn't resale or manufacture the things that s/he has purchased.

Consumer rights refers to the consumers' right to safety, info, choice and to provide manufacturers with info concerning their products when they purchase from those manufacturers.
