The conditions to be a consumers are:
-One must be buying the product or services forthe personal use.
-One mustn't resale or manufacture the things thats/he has purchased.

Consumer rights is implemented by govt. agencies, officesof attorneys general and through the individual andlawsuits filed by victims.

Consumer right violation means thesupply of those non-qualitativegoods and services to the consumers due towhich s/he has to bear loss.

The article 44 of the recently promulgated constitution of Nepal has the provision of consumer Rights.Accordingto this article, Nepali consumer shouldhave right to get qualitative goods and services.There is also the provision of compensation to theconsumers in case of loss due to consumption ofnon-qualitative goods and services.

We know, consumer right is the rights of consumerfor safety, info, choices,etc.about the goods andservicesthat s/he is buying. It ensures that everyconsumers should have right to get qualitative goodsand services. It also make sure that the consumershould get the compensation in case of loss dueto theconsumption of non-qualitative goods andservices. Therefore, consumer rights safeguards thequality of goods and services received by theconsumers.

Any consumer whose rights is violated can hold themanufacturer responsible in court. The costumer canfind a lawyer and change the company for fillingto produce the qualitative goods or services.
