Legislature is the organ of government which makes or formulates laws for the smooth running of the government.

        - Shouldn't be holding any profit-oriented business.
        - Shouldn't have been punished by the laws.

The proposal or rough draft to be tabled in the parliament to be passed as law by the majority of representatives finding the positive and negative aspects and effects on the people is called bill.
It becomes law whenever the majority of the parliament passes it to be granted as law after the serious check or quest.
