We know, the organs of government maintain a check and balance relation. They control each other. If the executive doesn't work properly, the legislative can launch the vote of no confidence against executive. The Executive may dissolve the legislative if it doesn't get support from legislative. Similarly, the head of executive can dissolve the legislative and go for fresh elections if it is unable to work. Legislative also controls the judiciary by moving the judges if performed improperly. At the same time, judiciary can order to stop the work of legislative and executive if they are not according to the law of the country. Thus, there is a very close and effective relationship and check and balance among the organs of the government.

Legislature is the organ of government which makes orformulates laws for the smooth runningof the government.
