The difference between law and bill are:

Law	Bill
It is approved law that the citizens of a country should follow.	It is draft law presented in the parliament for discussion.
Law are the approved or selected bills.	Bills are the draft to be approved or selected as law.

Legislature is the organ of government which makes orformulates laws for the smooth runningof the government.
