Who was the first person to put forth the idea of Human Rights?

The rights which are needed for an individual for the proper and overall development relating to their living without any intervention is called HR.

Rights can be defined as socially recognized claims of human beings.

UNO issued the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on 10th Dec. 1948 AD.

There are 30 articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Late Hrishikesh Shah was the first president of AI Nepal.

Due to the unfavorable situation to undertake its functions, AI Nepal was dissolved.

The founder of INSEC were Prakash Kaphley and Sushil Pyakurel.

AI Nepal was established in 1969 by Nutan Thapaliya. It was recognized as 'AI Nepal Section' by the International Executive Committee (IEC) of the AI in 1971.
