Pteriodophytes,Gymnosperms and Angiosperms are plant categories kept under Tracheophyta that contains Vascular tissue but amongst them Angiosperms have both fruit and seed in their lifecycle,Gymnosperm lack fruit only and Pteridophytes lack seed and fruit both.So,the answer should be Pteridophytes.
