- More fertile land and cultivable land is in eastern side but rocky land in western side.
- Direct sea route for international trade in eastern part but not in western part.
- Favorable whether with adequate rainfall in eastern side for agriculture but not in western side.
- Establishment of lots of industries as the eastern side is densely populated and has sea route for trading of raw materials and products.
