There is great geographic difference between mountain and terai region. The fertility of land, land structure and other varies greatly. The fertility of land of terai region is high but mountain region has the rocky land. So, the cultivation of crops and vegetables also differs. Which brings difference in the food habits of the people. The terai region has more physical facilities that results with its high population density. The culture and the festivals they celebrate are also different according to the temperature, topography and the culture they are influenced by.
