Why is Kipps apparatus used instead of simple Woulfe's bottle for the production of sulphurated hydrogen?

Kipp's apparatus allows intermittent supply of H2S (production at irregular intervals). Formation of H2S in Kipp's apparatus is stopped when dil.H2SO4 is not in contact with iron sulphide. When tap key is opened the pressure in 2nd bulb decreases and level of acid rises, bringing H2SO4 in contact with iron sulphides. Since intermittent supply is not possible using Woulfe's bottle, Kipp's apparatus is used instead.
