Describe some problems that do not follow computer ethics.

Cyber ethics is mandatory for every computer users. Problems arise when one doesn't abide by the moral obligations in digital world.

Following are some problems that do not follow computer ethics:

  • Identitiy theft: Stealing other people's identity and behaving as a proxy on the Internet is common. This should be avoided.
  • Exploitation of Copyrighted Materials: While it is too easy to exploit the copyrighted materials on the Internet, activities like redistributing those properties without prior consent of the artist, sharing other's creations as their own, are some examples of this act.
  • Cyber bullying: With the help of social media and emails, people, especially media personalities are being bullied by other people with bad intentions. Such acts are strictly against computer ethics.
  • Cybercrime: All other activities fall under cybercrime, be it phising, deploying malware, ransomwares or viruses, creating false videos for justification, are all against cyber ethics.
