Differentiate between spongy and palisade parenchyma.


Palisade Parenchyma  Spongy Parenchyma 
Their cells are columnar with intercellular spaces. Their cells are oval or round in shape with air cavities.
They're found below the upper epidermis.

They're found below the palisade Parenchyma.

They're dark green in colour.

They're light green in colour.

They contain a high number of chloroplasts.

They contain comparatively lower number of chloroplasts.
