What type of government do we have at present in Nepal? Describe the composition of it.

According to the provision mentioned in the present constitution of Nepal, there would be two types of executive (council of ministers), one in federal govt. and next type in each province. The federal council of ministers consists of PM at the head and other ministers. There should be maximum 25 ministers in the council including PM. In the provincial council chief minister is the head of council. The other minister are nominated among the member of provincial parliament maximum number reaching to its 20%, in accordance with the inclusive principal. This is the composition of executive at present in Nepal.
