Your college application offers a chance to make a great first impression on higher education institutions. 1. Camera Sika X Road to COP26: Climate Change Film Competition

COP26 is the United Nations conference on climate change which is happening in the UK during November 2021. To mark the event, British Council Nepal and Into Film are inviting schools and young people to produce short documentary films on climate change and the environment. Films can be made on a mobile phone, tablet or camera, and must be shorter than 5 minutes (including credits). It must not include copyrighted music or images and can be submitted in English language or Nepali (with English subtitles). The deadline for submissions is 23:59 PM NPT on Wednesday, 20 July 2021. 

2. WDF XVI

WDF XVI is an English debate tournament in British Parliamentary format organized by Debate Network Nepal. Registration Fees: $5 per debater
Total number of rounds: 3 rounds followed by breaks to Finals
Platform: Zoom (Primary) and Discord
Adjudicator Policy: There is no adjudicator policy for this tournament. Team registrations are completely separate from Adjudicator registrations.
3. Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero – Nepal, 2021


Glocal Teen Hero is a national platform that accolades teenagers and hoists them by allowing them to share their initiation and creativity. It is an award dedicated to the passionate and innovative teenagers who are working to create a ripple effect in society besides their academics.Amidst the second wave of COVID 19 in Nepal, GTH Nepal shall be hosted virtually on 1st Sep 2021. Teenagers will be recognized online and shall be provided different virtual opportunities to connect with inspirational teenagers from around the globe.Eligibility:

1. Should be 13 -19 years old.
2. Should be a Nepalese Citizen.
3. Should have brought a positive impact in society besides academics.

4. Articles for Kathmandu University Magazine 
Kathmandu University Robotics Club is publishing a magazine quarterly. So the committee calls for articles related to robotics and automation, engineering and technology, science and innovation. The articles shouldn't have been published in any other magazines or websites.
