King Gyanendra has taken undemocratic step by dissolving the country of ministers led by Sher Bdr. Deuba. Thus, king seized the power of the people. But people couldn't tolerate it and fought against it. After 19 days of continuous agitation, king realized that he couldn't continue his direct rule any more. So, on 11th Baishak, 2063 BS, he declared that the sovereign power of the people seized by him had been returned to them.
