What is data and Information?

A database is a collection of data related to a particular subject or purpose which are organized in easily accessible manner.
Any three database are:
        - The telephone directory.
        - Mask ledger.

We know, form allows us to enter the data from the user but the users entered data should live in some location that is table. Also, report prepares the ready document to be printed but it first need the source of document. As a result, both form and report need either table or query before its creation.
