Uncertainty- the basis of Quantum Physics

The word 'Uncertainty', makes us think about any experiment of Physics in the lab and refer to it as a human error, instruments' precision, and other fancy random errors. But when we go at the quantum level, uncertainty becomes the basis of Quantum Physics. Here is an article about this.
